Mya’s 2005 Preschool scrapbook goes digital

We’ve really enjoyed our girl’s preschool scrapbooks and now you can too. Check out the wonderful world of Mya back in 2005 as she did her first year of preschool. She had such a fun time and she was so very cute! She truly has grown up!

Father & Daughter Campout 2008

Every year the wards we have been in have a father and sons camp out in late May or early June. Typically, because I’ve been involved in the youngmen’s organization, I’ve either helped plan or have gone with some young men. Mya and Olivia have gone three years in a row, this year being the third year. We’ve had a lot of fun and it was something we have been looking forward to all year

For Father & Daughter camp with the Woods Cross 9th ward we left this last Friday, May 16 and went up to a little town called Wanship, UT. Wanship is located along interstate 80 as you head East towards Wyoming. It is only a free exit and not much more so if you blink you’ll miss it! I had not been up past Park City in years, probably 10 years. So it was fun to see the changes to Park City since the Olympics and the growth that the Park City area has had since my last visit.

Happy Leap Day & Winter Airplanes

Mike and the Red BaronSince this day only comes around once every 4 years I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to post something and catch everyone up on the latest happenings in our little universe. It’s been a little while since the last post and plenty to share. A few funny moments (with kids funny moments are plentiful), updates on Maddie, and a quick peak at one of my hobbies!

In the last post Carrie mentioned the Fedex doorbell ditcher… A few weeks later, this was a about a week or so ago, Mya saw the UPS truck stop in front of the house and the UPS guy start for the door. Well she wasn’t going to have him get the best of her this time. So she wait by the door and then just before the UPS guy got to the door (more…)
